The User Directory is an official record of individuals and enrolled organizations with active education and compliance certifications through USA Baseball.
2. What if my organization is not included in the User Directory?
If your organization is not listed on the User Directory, your league admin has not registered on the USA Baseball Develops website. You do not need to be affiliated with an organization to complete courses or certifications. If you have any questions, or would like to activate your organization, please contact Develops@USABaseball.com.
3. What do I do if I am not listed under my organization on the User Directory?
If your organization is listed, but your account is not tied to it, please complete the following steps. Select “MY ACCOUNT” → “MY PROFILE” → “UPDATE MY PROFILE”, select your organization from the dropdown, select “+ JOIN”, and select “UPDATE.”
4. The status for a certification shown on the User Directory is not accurate. What should I do?
The certification statuses shown on the User Directory reflect current standing. Please ensure you have completed all of the components of the certification. If you believe the User Directory is inaccurate after checking completion statuses, contact Develops@USABaseball.com for further assistance.
5. Why is my completed certification not listed?
You must hit ENROLL in the certification for it to be listed in the user directory. To enroll, go to https://usabdevelops.com/my-account/certs.

- COMPLETED: the certification or background check has been successfully completed.
- IN PROGRESS: certifications are still in progress; background checks are being processed (allow 3-10 business days).
- EXPIRED: certifications and background checks are no longer valid and require renewal.
